DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a half-day of mindfulness\, hosted by the Cultivating Mindfulness Sangha in Fort Worth. We will be offering opportunities to practice in several ways\, including sitting meditation\, walking meditation\, mindful movement (yoga)\, and deep relaxation. We will practice mindful eating as we share a vegetarian potluck. We will also listen to a dharma talk by Thich Nhat Hanh. \nSpecial guests will include Cornell Kinderknect\, world-class recording artist\, performer and teacher\, who will share native flute music and mindfulness practices\, and Scarlet Meyerson yoga instructor\, who will lead us in mindful movement. \nBeginners are welcome.
